Event Managers and Marketing Team

The Operations and Logistic Team
To deal with on-site logistics such as ensuring equipment is delivered safely, on-time, as well as assembling a team to fit the job requirements. The operations and logistic team have years of experience and understand how each event operates. They are responsible for making sure our equipment reaches the destination safely, securely, and on-time. This includes foreseeing any problems or issues in advance. This includes undertaking regular stock takes and oversee stock levels. The team ensures all stock is stored, handled and transported in line with company procedures, health and safety guidelines and event regulations.
The Manufacturing Team
To design, create and provide a wide range of affordable as well as sophisticated ready-toassemble décor for any event. The manufacturing team regularly design and manufacture props and items for clients. For them create the admirable background, our experienced manufacturing team must conduct research to inform their designs and make sure they are to the clients’ standards. They must track down the items needed for the backdrop and decoration while keeping within budget constraints.
The Event Crew
To execute and complete events to the highest standards. The event crew are constantly on their feet. With their years of knowledge they can prepare and pack down the event in a safe, suitable and timely manner. They are responsible for the building and taking down of equipment on site, loading and unloading of vans, and the manual handling of flight cases and equipment. The event crew have seen through many types of events which is what makes this group highly qualified in providing the best setup.
