Production management is the planning and handling of the logistics, technical components, audio & visuals, lighting, vendors, crew, budgets and more for the overall production. This would be everything from inception to execution.
In short, event management is the framework of an event which may include the management of floor staff, catering etc whereas managing the production will focus on the live stage of an event. This will include everything from the build to the running during the event, working with riggers, sound engineers, lighting designers, hosts, performers etc.
If your event requires any form of audio, visual, lighting, rigging, special effects etc an element of production management will be required.
We can speak directly to the venue or event space representative to find out what audio and visual production relevant documents and certificates are required and provide them accordingly. We have all the necessary insurances and documentation required and provide risk assessments and method statements wherever they are required.
